At issue was the president's executive order, restricting travel to the United States for citizens of five majority Muslim countries.

Airports servicing international flights across the country were flooded with protesters yesterday after Visa and Green Card holders were denied entry.

The Muslim ban, as Trump had described it on the campaign trail, became a major test of whether the Supreme Court would serve as a meaningful check on the new president.
