This is the mop-up. Thank you for finding me. I'm David Feldman. Speaker Mike Johnson says he's not a happy man and that he has no life. Johnson made the comments appearing on a podcast hosted by Katie Miller, wife of Stephen Miller. Well, of course he said that. He was talking to Katie Miller. She'd suck the life out of a Metallica concert. Johnson said the job of speaker left him in survival mode where he's constantly performing triage. His wife also appeared on the podcast saying her husband was not prepared for the job. Really, Mike Johnson not prepared to be Speaker of the House.

I never would have guessed. How many continuing resolutions have we had? Has he ever gotten

a budget in on time? Well, if the job is overwhelming for Speaker Mike Johnson, Donald Trump

is helping to make sure that Speaker Johnson won't be having that job much

longer. With just a three-vote majority and the threat of more members of his caucus leaving

before the midterms, it's not too inconceivable Mike Johnson will lose his majority sometime

next year. And Donald Trump will get an assist for that.

In fact, he helped this week, taking the social media and calling Minnesota governor,

Tim Walts, quote, seriously retarded.

And then when asked if he thought maybe it was inappropriate to use that word. Trump said, yes, it's appropriate.

You got a problem with it?

Indiana State Senator Michael Bochowchek is a Republican,

and apparently he has a problem with that.

The Trump White House has done a full court press

trying to convince Indiana to red draw its map and create at least

one new reliably red congressional district for next year's midterms.

J.D. Vance has made several trips to Indiana, meeting with Republican lawmakers who control

both chambers of the state legislature, as well as the governor's office, urging them to create a new red congressional seat.

But the votes just aren't there in the Senate with about 10 Republican senators saying they

can't support any new map. And now Indiana State Senator Michael Bochick said he won't support a

new map specifically because of Trump's use of the R word,

and I don't mean Republican.
