log of documents so again I know a lot of you think the Jacksmith case

again about the Marilog documents was permanently or on hold

and yes that is happening but I think well before we get to

what became a epic screaming match,

so much so that it seems like we're getting nowhere in this case.

Why is this still even happening?

That's right.

So if you remember, we told you that the trial date was indefinitely on hold in this case,

meaning that the judge had removed her order for a May 20th start date and did not reschedule it,

meaning that there's no time in the future that this is scheduled to start.
