We knew this was coming. We saw Tom Homan talk over and over how they're going to start going after mayors of sanctuary cities.

Well, now a lawsuit has been filed. United States of America versus the city of Los Angeles, Karen Bass, and her capacity as mayor, the Los Angeles City Council, and the president of the Los Angeles City Council in his

capacity. A pleading that I never thought I would read. I mean, this is Trump's America. Going after,

using the resources of the Department of Justice to go after one of the largest and most successful cities in America for them to use their

resources to defend themselves against a lawsuit of the United States of America.

My name is Dina Dahl with the Midas Touch Network. Let's break down what this says and what this

means for the city. I mean,

the city cannot catch a break. I'm here in Los Angeles and, you know, talk about a vendetta.

Trump has a vendetta against us. He wasn't enough, evidently, to federalize the California National

Guard, put ice on the streets and city after city,

scaring people away from businesses, away from work, ripping families apart.

This is, of course, after the Palisades and Altadena fires that we had not that long ago.

I mean, there's definitely no compassion or sympathy with the fact that we are

fellow Americans contributing to this country. Now, this is him trying to score some victories,

make L.A. be the bad guy, make California be the bad guy. Because the interesting thing about

this, if you remember, when Biden was

president, Ron DeSantis and, you know, Governor Abbott were flying people, right? They were

loading up people into planes and flying them to Martha's Vineyard and other places in New York,

you know, trying to make a point that they had

too many, you know, immigrants or undocumented immigrants, migrants in their state, and they needed to

do something about it. Well, where does Trump send all of his resources to Los Angeles?

Not to Texas, not to Florida.
