So Todd Blanche went on for about two and a half hours. We had Ben Braffman on last week and I asked him to, it was a great trial lawyer for a long time. I asked him what he thought was a good length and he said like an hour given the nature of the case for the defense

I'm not sure an hour was doable but you know maybe an hour and a half two hours do you think

Taublance went on for too long before we get to the substance? You know, I think the way you measure if somebody goes on for too long is if you walk away with

cohesive sort of themes from what they said and I thought he was a little bit scattershot.

I thought he would have done better to organize it more tightly and pair it down a little bit.

It's easy by the way to say that when you're being the armchair defense lawyer.

It's a lot more difficult to give a closing argument than it is to

cogitate about it. But yeah, I mean I think hour and hour and a half... I love the fact

that cogitate is rubbing off on you. Yeah, cogitate is a great word. We have
