MSNBC or something.

It was like, how can you be okay with masked federal agents?

And the answer that I gave is very simple.

I said, whether or not the officer has a mask on does not change due process.

Due process occurs in court.

It doesn't occur on the street when you're being placed under arrest.

Now, there's certain protocols they have to follow.

They have to issue you your Miranda rights. And there's certain things that they have to do. If they don't, then the case can get tossed in court. But wearing a mask is not one of those requirements. I mean, the Supreme Court has never held that officers cannot cover their face. SWAT teams do it all the time.

Undercover officers hide their identity and then arrest people.
