All right. Another day of conflicting messages from Donald Trump around his war in Iran.

Donald Trump is once again threatening to bomb Iran, even as he tries desperately,

to wind down his war of choice that is raising prices and tanking his very own poll numbers.

He's also claiming yet again today he, quote, won this war.

Try to make sense of that. He made this bombastic announcement on social media

today saying, quote, assuming Iran agrees to give what has been agreed to, which is perhaps a big

assumption, the already legendary epic fury will be at an end and the highly effective blockade

will allow the Hormuz Strait to be open to all, including Iran.

If they don't agree, the bombing starts, and it will be, sadly, at a much higher level and intensity than it was before.

This comes after Donald Trump paused his failed attempt to escort commercial ships through the Strait of Hormuz.

Today, Iran's foreign

minister confirmed to that country's semi-official news agency that Iran's leaders are considering

the U.S. proposal to resume peace talks. However, another Iranian official earlier dismissed a

reported proposal to end the war as a quote, list of American wishes, according to the New York Times.
