We'll begin with this. A federal appeals court has paused Wednesday night's ruling from the

Court of International Trade and blocked President

Trump's ability to levy tariffs using the emergency powers he declared earlier this year. The

appeals court also ordered both sides provide written arguments on the question of the

blocking of Trump's tariffs to be filed by early next month. Of course, that adds even more

uncertainty. First, it was a court I'd never heard

of before, the Court of International Trade, saying, no, you can't levy tariffs, even though you

actually have power to do so. You can't levy the tariffs the way that you did. There's

another court that came out yesterday, tried to put the kibosh on more President Trump's

tariffs, and now an appeals court comes back to the original court, the court of international trade, and says, actually,

no, these tariffs can go on for the time being.

Stip, stop, stiff, stop. That's what it sounds like. That's what it feels like. And I think

that's what the White House is feeling as well. Here's Secretary Caroline Levitt. By saying that how ridiculous it is that we have been ripped off.

Our middle class has been hollowed out.

Our manufacturing base has left and gone overseas.

Jobs have been offshoreed.

And now no court did anything about that.
