Good to be back. Welcome to the beat. I'm happy to be back with all of you.

0:03.6

And tonight we are tracking the new evidence that's putting heat on Donald Trump and raising

0:08.2

questions about a possible second indictment of the former president. There he was at his

0:13.6

first indictment, his New York arrangement. But now there's news of this damning tape

0:18.2

that's put more focus on a different jurisdiction on that federal probe in Washington, where Trump

0:23.0

was caught on tape admitting key parts of a possible crime in stealing and hiding classified

0:27.0

documents after leaving office. The tape is from after he was in the White House 2021.

1:32.7

that's why the feds took them back. And no court, by the way, has overruled that. Two,

1:37.5

it's basically proven as well, Trump himself admitting he took all these documents, he hasn't

1:42.6

exactly denied that part of the case. So three was kind of the last hurdle. You have to prove

1:50.3

Trump's knowing culpability about the classified documents that, hey, yeah, I got, yeah, I got

1:56.5

this and it's classified. That kind of thing. So just to be as straightforward as possible,

2:03.2

when you see Donald Trump, admit something like this on tape, acknowledging on the tape,
