Here are the numbers that mattered this week.

25, that's the approximate expected length in minutes of Trump's inaugural address,

the traditional tone setter for a new president.

29, that's the number of Senate confirmable government

appointees that Trump's administration has made

out of 690 so far.

And we'll talk about how that'll affect his government getting off the ground and what his team is doing to mitigate any issues.

And our final number 40, that's the President-elect's favorable rating, according to Gallup and the polling averages, which is lower than any recent incoming president,

but perhaps for reasons we'll discuss less consequential than any other recent president too, at least for the moment.
