If you think the election will be over when CNN and Fox News and the other

stations call it if you think the election will be over when one candidate

gets 270 electoral votes you're wrong. This case is going to

court, probably the United States Supreme Court and it may end up affecting the outcome of the election

particularly if the election turns on Pennsylvania where President

Trump has a plausible argument

against counting votes that were received late. You'll hear why on the Dersh

show. I predict that today the focus will begin to shift away from counting votes

where the counting is taking place

to state and federal courts and ultimately to the

United States Supreme Court because I think the election will probably be

called today in terms of votes. We don't know which states will go which way, but all the

signs are pointing to the fact that Vice President Joe Biden will probably reach the 270 at least according to

CNN and Fox News and others whether he does it by holding on to Nevada and Arizona, or by winning Georgia,

or by winning Pennsylvania, is still unclear as to the 270, but it makes all the difference in the world

to the courts and to the likelihood of success in the courts which states he wins and which states

he loses. In other words, to get to 270, it doesn't matter at all, whether he gets it through Georgia

or whether he gets it through Arizona and Nevada.

But whether he has any chance of succeeding in the courts depends almost completely

on which states bring him over the 270.
