Hello and welcome to rock and roll politics the podcast with me Steve Richards. Thank you for tuning in wherever you are.

0:24.1

And as you can imagine, if it's okay with all of you, I will be reflecting on some of the more

0:31.7

timeless themes in the latest international crisis, America targeting Iran, with all kinds of possible potential

0:43.3

consequences. Now, here is a kind of revelation that won't surprise you. Podcasts are brilliant

0:53.3

at contextualizing in kind of delving deep and taking a theme where perhaps others can take, you know, in daily news reporting a more shallow approach and really going deep.

1:08.6

They are harder when there is a story of unpredictable but guaranteed

1:15.4

movement. In other words, some of you will be listening to this while running up Arthur's seat in

I'm going to pluck out some time as themes.

2:22.7

We then returned some brilliant emails from you, some responding to some of the things we were exploring in the cooperative together last week and the week before, some really great

2:29.2

emails. So we've got a lot to get through. Just a couple of notices. Just a reminder. Again, some of you

2:36.2

might have heard this by the time I've done it. I'm live with rock and roll politics at the

2:42.2

Rope Tackle Arts Centre in Shoreham on Wednesday night. If you live along with South Coast or

anywhere within about a 500 milemile vicinity, do come along.

And on Thursday for Patreon subscribers, talking of the Patreon, we get together live to have a
