It's the media buzz meter with Howard Kurtz.

We are following three huge stories right now.

But one I didn't want to miss was, how about that show, Hey, Otani?

You know, he hadn't been able to pitch for a year and a half because of an elbow injury,

guy who famously for the L.A. Dodgers, both is a slugger at the plate,

50 home runs, 50 stolen bases, and a pitcher. So he had his first start. Six innings

gave up one hit. The guy is just amazing. So none of this is April Fool stuff.

Very impressive launch by the mission to, with apologies to Pink Floyd, the dark side of the moon.

If you didn't live through it, the race between the U.S. and the Soviets, the height of the Cold War, won, of course, by America in 1969,

as JFK had projected, just gripped the country. I mean, hours and hours of coverage of the Apollo program until Neil Armstrong stepped foot on the moon.

And then after 1972, nothing's been 50 years since this was attempted again.

And boy, things have changed.

I was just watching some of the footage of our Teamist 2.

And they're tossing around in zero gravity iPhones, okay?

That was not possible. The plan here is to have them travel

further than any crew has ever done and loop around the moon, but not attempt to land on it,

but setting up future missions. And now there's a bit of a competition with China,

although nothing will erase the fact that the U.S. has already done this.

And so many people are really excited about it.

And a lot of people are just indifferent.

I mean, it just doesn't have the same atmosphere.

But there are, you know, the people who are behind this, NASA and others, are thinking of setting up colonies on the moon. Is that realistic? I have no idea. But this is a 10-day mission. We'll see how that goes. Last night was the first night of Passover. So happy Passover to those who are celebrating. Easter, of course, coming up on Sunday. So this is a holy week.
