0:44.6	people so far with over a thousand still missing. Hawaii Governor Josh Green said over the
0:49.0	weekend that 85% of the land has been searched by rescue teams and cadaver dogs but some of the missing
0:54.5	people may never be found watch. 85% of the land of the impact zone has been covered now by
1:02.0	what amounts to an army of search and rescue teams and 41 dogs so at 85% of the land's been covered.
1:09.5	Now we go into the larger buildings which require peeling back some of the floors and structures.
1:14.9	That last 15% could take weeks. We do have extreme concerns that because of the temperature of the
1:21.8	fire there remains of those who have died in some cases may be impossible to recover meaningfully.
1:29.6	So there are going to be people that are lost forever. And despite the widespread criticism Biden
1:36.1	received for his no comment response when asked about the wildfires over a week ago and also despite
1:41.2	the fact that the emergency began almost two weeks ago and Biden is just now getting around
1:45.4	visiting the area over the weekend FEMA administrator Deanne Cresswell defended Biden's response
1:50.5	lack thereof. The president has faced some criticism from Republicans because he spent about five days
1:57.3	not talking about this as many as many of the devastating images and numbers were coming.
