And with that, welcome to this episode of Amy and T.J.

Again, on this day, on Monday, mine is the Amy.

So you just got T.J. here.

But do want to hop on and give you updates.

And again, as this is being recorded, the president is still speaking. He had a press conference

that he's scheduled for today at 1 o'clock in which he is giving an update on the war in Iran.

He's also given an update on that big rescue of the pilot and the systems officer from that downed fighter jet in

Iran, giving that update. So having to split this up into two, actually, I'm actually hopping

on to tell you about what he said so far because the press conference has a lot of information.

And it's kind of in two parts. One is this rescue, which is incredible when you

hear the details. And the other is about the war in Iran and the update. And some of the

things coming out of the president's mouth are incredible. So I'm going to have to do that in a

separate episode and to catch up. He's still talking. I'm going to listen to the rest of it,

but there's just so much. So let's start with, yes, the press conference, he's out there with

Hexeth, out there with the CIA director, and also the chairman of the joint chiefs, General

Kane, are all out there together, but the president starts off talking about this rescue.
