Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani can no longer practice law in the state of New York.

Former New York City Mayor Rulie Giuliani has been disbarred effective immediately in the state of New York.

A panel of judges in New York's appellate division wrote Tuesday that Giuliani flagrantly misused his position working for President Donald

Trump to make false statements to the public in regard to the 2020 election. That's according to reporting from the

hill. In a 31 page ruling they wrote, Giuliani not only deliberately violated

some of the most fundamental tenets of the legal profession,

but he also actively contributed to the national strife that has followed the 20-20 presidential election,

for which he is entirely unrepentant.

The court demanded that Giuliani desist and refrain from practicing law.

The Hale also reports that according to a political advisor to Giuliani, Ted Goodman,

the former New York mayor does intend to appeal the decision.

Goodman said, members of the legal community who respect the rule of law in this

country should immediately come forward and speak out against this politically

and ideologically corrupted decision.

We will be appealing this objectively flawed decision in hopes that the appellate process

will restore integrity to our system of justice.

Giuliani also spoke about the decision on X,

and he said, I'm not surprised that I've been disbarred

by a bar association, which is a politically and ideologically integral part of the Democrat one-party

corrupted court system for a long time.
