Trump says that states aren't opening back up fast enough as 15 states are still seeing an increase in its death toll. The United States is averaging more than 1,000 coronavirus deaths daily.  Pence greets supporters without wearing a mask as Girior warns cases could rise "very quickly." Trump's testing Czar warns that the virus could "turn around very quickly if we're not careful.  New York, which has not fully reopened, reports that a positivist rate is under 1 percent for 12 days straight as Trump slams shutdowns. Trump says that shutdowns are causing more problems, "Than the virus itself"; The task reinforces shutdowns with reducing cases.  The New York Times says that the FDA emergency authorization of blood plasma for virus is on hold. Trump says it "could be a political decision."  In a brutal take down of Trump, Obama says that Trump "hasn't grown into the job because he can't." Obama says that our democracy is "at stake right now." Obama says "I hoped Trump might show some interest in taking the job seriously... he never did."
