I'm really fed up today, and not only because I'm still in IT hell and operating off my phone.

We all spend our lives talking to bots, right?

Your call is important to us, and please listen because the options may have changed,

and all of that, just trying desperately to get a human being.

But we often get pushed, whether by a person or, you know, one of those recordings,

to various websites. Well, you can fill this out here. And I'm telling you, and I don't think

this is an exaggeration, for me at least, a third of the time, maybe more, the websites are not

just clunky, but they don't work. You know, you hit submit and nothing happens, or there's no

button to hit submit, or, you know, you check a box and it doesn't advance to the next page.

These are, it's really crappy software. you're stuck and this is the only way

you can do it and you're trying to, you know, whether it's to buy something or to deal with a

bill or to return something, whatever, you just, you get trapped in this endless loop and then

the websites don't work.

I mean, some of them are good and most of them are just lousy and you just waste all this time.
