President Donald Trump is marking the 100th day of a second term with a rally in Michigan tonight.

Since taking office again, he signed a flurry of executive orders, promising to slash the federal government, escalate

his immigration crackdown, and follow through with an aggressive tariff policy.

But how a vote is feeling in this latest Trump era?

That's what I asked CNN's Elena Treen.

Charlie, Americans have grown increasingly skeptical of the remainder of the president's second term.

His 41% approval rating in CNN's latest poll is the worst for any president at their 100-day mark,

including himself in 2017.

The new numbers also show a growing share of Americans.

Now, I asked White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt about some of these numbers.

She told us that media polls have consistently underestimated Trump's support,

that they won't get bogged down by these types of numbers.

But these numbers are notable, especially when you consider that the president

in their first 100 days normally has the most leeway and support among the American public.

Canadians have voted to give the Liberal Party a fourth consecutive term in power.

But it wasn't that long ago that Liber liberals were facing the very real possibility of losing

the federal elections, when former Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced his resignation

in January, following dire poll results.
