0:23.6	Well, the deal making continues at the White House, and the latest is what I predicted, that Ukraine and the USA will sign a contract for America
0:35.0	to harvest minerals on Ukrainian soil.
0:38.3	Wow. This is pretty interesting.
0:43.3	Now, some of the deals that Donald Trump is making, I think, are good.
0:47.3	Others are questionable. I'll give me an example of that, the tariffs.
0:52.3	So I understand in theory why Trump is doing this.
0:56.8	He's tired of countries like Mexico and Canada and China,
1:02.0	getting a lot more money from us than pumping back into our economy.
1:06.0	I got it.
1:07.4	But the tariffs could adversely affect American workers.
1:11.6	For example, in the car industry.
1:14.6	If the price of American cars goes up and under tariffs,
1:18.6	those prices will, there will be fewer cars sold.
1:23.6	So we don't know about the tariffs.
1:25.6	It could work out.
1:26.6	Trump think it will, but we don't know about the tariffs. It could work out. Trump think it will, but we don't know.
1:29.3	But this Ukraine deal, I think it's a pretty good one,
1:33.3	and that is the subject of this evening's Talking Points memo.
