We had a few of these post-hearing briefs. I think there might still be some

defendants who might file them, but Judge McAfee said he'd decide within two weeks. I think that's very likely to be next

week, not this week, because tomorrow is the qualifying deadline for judicial races.

Judge McAfee's already qualified for his race.

And there's somebody who, as reported by the Atlanta Journal Constitution is planning to challenge him.

So I think that it's unlikely that we'll see any sort of movement in terms of, you know, this decision until it's sorted out who if he actually does have someone who is opposing him for his seat judicial seat.
