His side says, you know, he has the right to counsel of his choice and you know we had an illustration at yesterday's hearing in Florida that, you know, Chris Kaise is defending Trump's business empire

from basically being shut down up in New York and he phoned into the hearing

because he's literally on lunch break from that trial arguing this trial.

So there is a practical reality at a certain point

that it is going to be difficult to keep these,

you know, trainings completely independent and the judge basically said in her view it's a little bit

unrealistic to think that that's going to be possible.
