Well, here we go again. And who could have seen this coming other than pretty much all of us?

You would think after four years of economic chaos, unnecessary trade wars, and self-inflicted wounds,

Donald might have started to grasp some basic micro and macroeconomic principles.

Hell, I would have settled for just general economic principles, but no,

he's back wielding tariffs like a toddler with an uzi. So the only thing that's getting burned,

of course, because this is always the way it goes, is the United States economy. I think Representative Jasmine Crockett, a Democrat from Texas, said it best.

This is the time to honor the oath that we all took.

Listen, today I had to enter into agreement with Rand Paul, something that I never saw on my bingo card, but this is a guy who made it clear.

This stupid tariff war is just that. It is dumb. And I have to agree, even when it's somebody like

Rand Paul, I have to agree that he is absolutely correct. That is both depressing and hysterical and depressing.

Yeah, this trade war, it's stupid beyond my ability to comprehend, except that Donald started it, so it makes perfect sense.

What's even more stupid? Watching Donald repeat his past mistakes over and over. But again, that's built in.

He keeps expecting different results, or does he? I don't, I take issue with that. I think other

people keep expecting different results, which is why we're in this mess. So let's get into this.
