Interesting indictment came out, very highly anticipated.

I'm going to put a marker down and say, not a lot new there

and very much what we expected.

I think to me, if I'm just my quick reactions of what is you know sort of

unexpected or new there I mean I think some people there's a big question of how many

defendants would there be

you know you you know there are all these folks like Eastman and

Rudy Julianne who were clearly essential to this game, Jeffrey Clark, they're not indicted.

And I think one of the kind of questions that goes along with that is did Jack Smith make a decision to not charge them to try

to streamline things so this could get to trial before the election knowing

that he was going to likely drive more favorable

judge than alien cannon in the District of Columbia who might you know push this

case forward more quickly. Yeah and we we discussed that I think last week or the week before that the there was an advantage to charging Trump only because it avoids potential delays and it doesn't foreclose the possibility of
