Summary
Today, we look at the tariffs Donald Trump has announced for the whole world on what he calls "liberation day".
A universal 10% tariffs on all imports into the US will go into effect on 5 April, as the presidents explained with the help of a big card listing how each country will be effected.
Some countries and the EU are being charged more than the 10% base tariff.
Economics editor Faisal Islam joins Adam and Chris to go through the potential consequences.

| 0:54.4 | And then he got to the meat and drink of it, which was a huge increase in the tariffs that the import taxes, that America will charge its trading partners, which he illustrated with this big cardboard chart. |
| 1:07.4 | China, first row, China, 67%. That's tariffs charged to the USA, including currency manipulation |

| 1:22.7 | eyes, with bad eyes. We didn't want to bring, it's very windy out here. We didn't want to bring |
| 1:26.8 | out the big charts because it had no chance of standing. |
| 1:29.3 | Fortunately, we came armed with a little smaller chart. |
| 1:33.3 | So it's 67 percent, so we're going to be charging. |
| 1:37.3 | A discounted reciprocal tariff of 34 percent. |
