The fate of Donald Trump's trade tariffs are in limbo.

The U.S. Court of International Trade unexpectedly ruled this week that President Trump did not have the authority

to greenlight his so-called Liberation Day tariffs. Then, less than a day later, a judge in Washington

also ruled against them. And then, just a few hours after that, a federal appeals court paused

the initial ruling, put the tariffs back in play, and gave
