I don't really care about this case,

I'm worried about future presidencies.

And that's what the court is going to struggle with

and when they were drafting this opinion. That's Jack Goldsmith.

He's a professor at Harvard Law School, former U.S. Assistant Attorney General,

and the co-founder of Law Fair, an online national security

publication.

Goldsmith joins me to break down what happened at the Supreme Court, where the justices heard

oral arguments on Donald Trump's immunity defense in the election

subversion case brought by Jack Smith. We recorded this conversation shortly
