fascinating work but more importantly doing work that he's enjoying I think he's

he's indulging his core curiosity and we

should all do that. I say this all the time. I don't want to get too distracted here, but

if you are a person who works at a plant all day or

works in an office all day, but you're really, really interested in food,

write a letter to your favorite restaurants chef and say, hey, I'm fascinated

about what you do. I've tried three of your different dishes. I've tried at home to get this

particular sauce right I would come and work for free if you would let me I got my

own apron I'll show up I'll work as many hours as you'll let me I promise I won't bother the kitchen I won't ask questions a You would be surprised what you would learn.

If you're interested in learning more about old cars and you don't own one, can't afford one,

go to an old car show and start walking around, you'd be surprised how many people would be willing

to let you come watch their Restoration Project, especially if you'll stay out of the way,

not irritate people, not run your mouth, not tell everybody what you're doing so you expose their secrets,

and be somewhat helpful, be a person that just eager to help, but not going, can I
