It is an unusually busy weekend on Capitol Hill as Republicans plow forward with their rushed plan to pass the one big beautiful Bill Act,

a bill that no Democrats and very few Republicans find all that beautiful.

Even Donald Trump is spending a rare weekend in D.C.

So he can dial up the pressure on members of his own party to get their bill to his desk

by the self-imposed and totally arbitrary deadline of July 4th, which is six days from now.

Now, overnight, the Senate finally released the text of its version of the bill.

It's 940 pages long.

That's the big part of the bill.

Senate Republicans will meet for a closed-door policy lunch at 1 p.m.

reconvene at 2 p.m. Eastern. They plan to be in session for the rest of the weekend with the goal

of ultimately passing the bill to fund the president's domestic agenda, which seeks to extend

nearly $4 trillion in tax cuts, tax cuts that would disproportionately benefit the rich and come at the

expense of the most vulnerable Americans. But it's not even assured right now if or when the

Senate can actually pass this. The first step would be to take a vote on something called

a motion to proceed, which would simply allow consideration of the bill

on the Senate floor, and that requires a simple majority vote. Then there will be hours of
