President Donald Trump says he'll impose a 10% global tariff on top of the levees already in place

after the Supreme Court ruled that his signature tariffs are illegal.

The Supreme Court's ruling on tariffs is deeply disappointing, and I'm ashamed of certain

members of the court.

They're just being fools and lap dogs for the rhinos and the radical left Democrats.

Justices Amy Coney Barrett, Neil Gorsuch, and Chief Justice John Roberts joined the three liberal justices to strike the sweeping emergency tariffs down.

Trump's new levies can take effect for a maximum of 150 days, barring congressional approval for an extension.

The six to three ruling didn't address whether and how the government should handle the tariff money it's already collected, which corporations are now expected

to sue to get back.

Wouldn't you think they would have put one sentence in there saying that keep the money

or don't keep the money, right?

I guess it has to get litigated for the next two years.

And you're probably also wondering if the ruling is a game changer when it comes to prices.

CNN's Matt Egan says, not quite.

Even if courts require the federal government to refund tariffs, that's not likely to be shared

with all of us consumers.

Stephanie Roth over at Wolf Research, she told me companies are highly unlikely to start

trimming their prices as a result.

She said, Walmart's not going to give you a check for the 15%

tariff on sneakers that you bought from them four months ago.
