Hello again, I'm Orman Alney, and this is To the Point.

It's being widely reported that President Trump will make good on his promise

to pull the U.S. out of the Paris Agreement on climate change. We'll hear what that could mean

for international relations, for America's leadership in the world, and for the effort to put the

brakes on climate change. What's in store for America's economy and the creation of jobs?

On the second half of our program,

the Trump budget calls for cuts in anti-discrimination programs

in the departments of labor, education, and the EPA.

Opponents call it part of a war on civil rights.

Supporters say it's cost-cutting in the name of efficiency

on the way toward what they call color-blind government.
