And I said, absolutely, this thing is probably going to get struck down in the Virginia courts, because Virginia simply didn't follow its own rules for how you have to do a referendum. This has nothing to do with right or wrong or fair or unfair. Definitely Donald Trump started this. Definitely, Texas started it.
