Welcome to the necessary conversation midweek edition.

I had to change it up a bit.

I need a new, I need a new Trump hat, and I don't have one.

I want the 250 anniversary one.

I can't seem to find that ones.

I've got my American flag one. I just changed it up.

All right. Looking good. Today, we're going to be going through some video clips. These midweek episodes we use essentially for my mom and I to present evidence to one another from the opposite

side of our news bubbles that we're in to try and change

the mind, perhaps, at least on one issue. Today, my clips are all about how Donald Trump is

using the presidency to enrich himself. And of course, the most recent version of this speculation is

that insider trading was done as he announced that he was not going to bomb

Iran's electrical grid, their power supply, 15 minutes before that announcement was made,

hundreds of millions of dollars were traded against the price of oil. They shorter the price

of oil, knowing that that announcement would make the price go down and people made a shitload of money off of it. No one knew he was going to make that announcement except him and a handful of people in his immediate circle. One of them made that bet. I think it's likely him. We're going to get to all of that. Mom, you also sent me a clip. I don't know what this is. I never watch your

clips before we watch them here. But you also wanted to say some stuff before we begin.

Oh, about the clip or what about... You said you wanted to say something. Oh, the other night,

I was not on Sunday night live with you and Haley.

And I feel like when I don't come on there, and then if I listen to a little bit of it later,

it's like, what?

I should have been on there to defend myself.
