This This is Hell.

Live from the United States, where the law is far too often the crime.

This is hell, and we have been witnessing crimes committed by those who are supposedly enforcing the law,

but are in reality not only violating the law, but in violation of a recent Supreme Court ruling,

and the constitutional rights of not only U.S. citizens, but rights protecting everyone within the borders of the United States.

The crimes we have seen are horrendous.

U.S. citizens and non-citizens alike being shot, brutally beaten, killed, with what seems like

impunity as armed, and this is important, armored ice agents, rove neighborhoods neighborhoods and streets racially profiling and picking up anyone who looks like an immigrant to them.

No matter the denials by the Department of Homeland Security, the blatant lies, U.S. citizens have been arrested, detained, and even murdered by ICE agents provoking violence to meet quotas, which has nothing to do with enforcing any immigration law.

In a few minutes, we'll try to get a better grasp of just what the hell is going on when we speak with Nicole Foy,

a reporter at ProPublica who covers immigration and labor.

Nicole's most recent writing is we found More Than 40 Cases of Immigration Agents using banned

chokeholds and other moves that can cut off breathing, which she co-wrote with Mackenzie Funk.

I'll tell you a little bit about McKenzie in a moment.

Her previous writing, We found that more than 170 U.S.

citizens have been held by immigration agents. They've been kicked, dragged, and detained for days.

In response to that investigation, her investigation, a joint congressional investigation

was launched in response. That investigation by Senate Democrats

documented the experiences of nearly two dozen citizens wrongly detained by immigration agents,

contradicting the Trump administration's claims that it only detains immigrants.
