Summary
Donald Trump's former lawyer Rudy Giuliani is a co-conspirator in his federal case in Washington DC and a co-conspirator in his RICO case in Georgia. BUT - there are still no signs that he's cooperating with prosecutors and flipping on his former boss. Glenn says that's ok because he wouldn't be a good witness anyway. Then he talks about his current attorneys who are again acting more like campaign managers. They claim they need 3 years to prepare for his federal trial in Washington DC for trying to overturn Biden's win in the 2020 election. Glenn says they also want more time to intimidate, harass, and threaten all the people involved.
