In another move that could impact the American economy, President Trump signed a new proclamation.

It says steel and aluminum makers from all other countries will face a 25% tariff on any goods they send to the U.S.

starting next month. And unlike previous tariffs, this order has no exemptions. Trump says

the action will protect American jobs. But analysts say it could also impact prices, especially

since this proclamation includes steel and aluminum sent from Canada.

Key American industries like defense, shipbuilding, energy, and autos apparently rely on Canadian steel and aluminum. And once again, there's fear this could spiral into a trade war with other
