As we are putting more and more of this show online, we appreciate your responses and how much feedback we're

getting. Today, I'm going to spend most of the show, it's a packed show, talking about what's going

on in Iran and the Middle East. But I wanted to talk to you about my opinions coming out of this

interesting situation in Texas with primaries and battles, often ones that were pitting Democrat

on Democrat in terms of the different fights that were happening at the congressional level,

thanks to redistricting and the like. And also, of course, the statewide races that are going to receive even more attention

have already proven to be enormously expensive when it comes to the primaries on both sides,

but also now are headed on the Republican side to a runoff.

And for Democrats, a choice was made to go in an interesting direction.

This was a race that was changed when one Jasmine Crockett, a rising star in the Democratic Party,

and one of their best communicators when it comes to inspiring people, decided to throw her hat into

an uphill battle against an incumbent in John Cornyn, who has been relatively

popular until the last couple of years in Texas when he has been criticized from his right

and now faces opposition from Ken Paxton, the very controversial and often scandal-plagued
