We're going to start this Friday with a look at what's been going on in Minneapolis,

where clashes have continued between federal agents and anti-ice protesters following not one,

but two shooting incidents this month. There was the case of Renee Nicole Good, who was shot and

killed a week ago Wednesday, and then this past Wednesday night a federal agent shot another person in the leg.

Homeland Security says the undocumented suspect fled a traffic stop, resisted arrest, and attacked the officer with a snow shovel and a broom handle, along with two other people who came out from a nearby apartment building.

Yesterday morning, as the nation woke up to video of the scuffles with protesters, the president threatened to take a dramatic step.

It was something he mentioned as a possibility on Air Force One earlier this month.

The most powerful thing we have, we haven't used, the Insurrection Act.

ABC's Faitha Buba is in Minneapolis and she joins us now.

Faith, an invocation of the Insurrection Act would definitely raise the stakes for everybody

because it would allow the president to send in the military, maybe even active duty troops.
