Well, I've been asking everyone how they've been experiencing the conference, so I got to start, I got to ask you the same question.

What's your experience been like?

Yeah, I think it's been great to see all the excitement and contrary to, you know, what some people might think about market sentiment.

I think this just goes to show that the builders keep building away

and life goes on. And, you know, in six or 12 months' time, you'll be hearing about a lot of the

current exciting projects that are currently being worked on, you know, that maybe we first saw here.

That's exactly it. Despite market volatility, there are still, I think, 10,000 people attending

the conference. I think that's the number I last saw. It's kind of crowded. Sometimes I go

to walk down a hallway and I have to kind of shimmy. And so it's great to see people here talking

about all the great products they're building, not getting down by market volatility.

But I do want to talk to you about markets.
