As Donald's actions against immigrants become increasingly vicious, it seems like there's nothing

that is going to slow down the Trump regime's plan to deport as many immigrants as possible.

There is one thing still hanging on by a thread, threatening to get in the way, and that's the court

system. U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams cited with environmental

groups handing the Trump regime a major loss, ordering the shuddering of the Immigration

Detention Center in the Everglades, which was named Alligator Alcatraz, by the Attorney

General of Florida. The judge also cited with the Muk General of Florida.

The judge also sided with the Mukisuki tribe, ordering the winding down of operations at the facility in the Everglades.

Williams said in her ruling that she expected the population of the facility to decline

within 60 days through the transferring of the detainees to other facilities,

and once that happened, fencing, lighting, and generators should be removed effectively

rendering the gulag useless. She also blamed the ruling on Donald and his hacks at the DOJ,

citing their lack of evidence or logic.

William said, quote, plaintiffs have provided extensive evidence supporting their claims of

significant ongoing and likely future environmental harms from the project.

By contrast, while the defendants repeatedly espoused the importance of immigration enforcement,

they offered little to know evidence why this

detention camp in this particular location is uniquely suited and critical to that mission, unquote.

Well, obviously, they want a facility there because the conditions are horrific and they want

anybody detained there to suffer.

Donald was handed a loss because he and his DOJ were unprepared, and, as always, have no real

justification for their actions.
