Summary

John Stonestreet and Maria Baer discuss the new Executive Order on IVF and why it’s neither pro-life nor “pro-fertility. Conserving true family values means holding everyone accountable, without hypocrisy. The collapse of the family structure has a devastating impact on a local and national scale.

You're listening to Breakpoint this week, where we're talking about the top stories of the week from a Christian perspective.

Today we're going to talk about President Trump's new executive order about in vitro fertilization,

0:11.6

and then more broadly about how Christians can think about family structure. What do we celebrate?

We're so glad you're with us. Stick around.

7th by Hamas, and her sons were, I think, four years old and nine months old, and understandably

1:09.4

the world and her family were holding out hope

until now that they were alive. But I think for a lot of people, it's become a symbol of the

1:17.3

brutality of Hamas and what they did on October 7th and are continuing to do. But it still just

1:23.1

feels really gutting to have the confirmation that they've been killed. And of course,

1:28.1

Shiri's husband is still living and just can't imagine what this is like for them. So I think it

1:33.1

would be lovely if we could get as many people to pray for them and peace and comfort as possible.

1:39.6

Yeah, you have these stark reminders that that's still going on and that the realities of the evil that started
