We have to help everybody. It was nobody's fault. This happened.

Within the span of a few days, we've seen the President of the United States

a conservative Republican and his Wall Street Alliance Treasury Secretary.

Call for sending $1,000 checks to every American in the country.

An idea that is a dramatic expansion of the government

and line with what few people thought possible.

Today, we obtained a memo from the Treasury Department

that contained the administration's full ask from Congress

for what it could do to prop up the economy in these difficult times.
