First, we're going to do a little health update for both of us because both Joe and I have been through the ringer a little bit in the last couple weeks. We're going to talk about the Epstein news today because today's the GOJ's deadline to release all the files.

Turns out they're not going to fucking do it. I don't think any of us are surprised by that, but we're going to get into talking about it. We're going to talk about Bongino getting canned finally. We're talking about the DNC audit and I imagine Joe with you and I, other shit will come up as well. Again, do us a favor. Hit the hard button.

And again, it's so fucking good to be with you and doing a live with you. So update us. So for those that don't know, last week I flew to Miami for a work trip.

In the middle of the night, I got the norovirus, which I've now since learned is aggressively

crushing everyone in the state of Illinois.

And it was so bad.

I was confined in my hotel room for two days.

I couldn't do anything other than lay basically in the fetal position with a trash can.

I'll save you guys all the really gory details.

But in the course of getting that norovirus, I screwed up my colon so bad that basically my body stopped functioning.

I was hospitalized at the beginning of the week.

I went to the ER Monday night here in the city of Chicago, waited six hours to be seen by anybody.

Had to get an IV drip morphine, narrowly avoided surgery. They thought I had diverticulitis. Thank God I didn't. I just had inflammatory colitis.

But I was out. The idea of even just like sitting upright in a chair talking to people was so unbelievable. What was weird about it was I felt like I was getting better over the weekend. I managed to get myself back to Chicago. I rested up Monday morning. I did a radio interview. It felt good enough for that. And then it was just all downhill from there. But now I'm on antibiotics. I'm through more than half the coast. They gave me steroids yesterday.

I'm doing well.

I'm going to get a colonoscopy joke because I'm officially old now. Anytime your colon gets that inflamed, they worry about cancer or they worry about the disease, so we're going to get checked out. But I'm feeling good now. And I just want to thank everybody who reached out to me. There were a lot of people who noticed that I hadn't been live, that I wasn't tweeting.

So I just really, really appreciate that.

And I just want to remind people, like, take care of yourself. You go down with the norovirus in particular, like, do not wait to go see a doctor. I should have, I should have gone, when I got back to Chicago, I should have immediately gone to see my GP and I did it. And that was really stupid. I think I think I'm 25 sometimes still and turns out I'm almost 40. So please go take care of yourself because I don't want anybody.
