42, and as you know by now, the Trump administration received a setback today from the u.s supreme court they uh they nixed

the uh global tariffs that uh he imposed under uh under an executive order it was a six to three vote

and you know i i i'm not sure it's the end of the world I don't

really think it is you know he he quoted at length from Justice Kavanaugh's dissent saying that

you know if anything this could be used to give Trump even more power because there are other there are other options

there are many rooms in the mansion as James Jesus Eagleton used to say about the CIA and that

goes uh that goes for government in general it goes for life in general many there are there

or to put it in a in a less rarefied way there's more than one way to skin a cat and they're already

talking i i don't know a lot about this uh this this kind of stuff i'll be honest then but you know

they're talking about this 122 that gives him the right to unilaterally impose a 10% tariff wherever he wants to.

And the only question is, is he was asked, you know, can he do it for just 150 days or longer?

And, you know, and the other thing is, too, everybody was thinking the same thing, you know, okay, the tariffs by which you used to take in

$175 billion.
