Summary
While media and Democrats have been passively and in some cases even supporting Antifa, Trump has been calling them out for engaging in overt acts of terror.
Media has tried to cover for Antifa and far leftists while regular people seem to be standing up against them.
But one big barrier to getting a terror designation for antifa is that they are seen as a domestic group. Now with revelations that DHS is investigating Antifa for international ties there is a stronger possibility they get branded overtly by the US government.
Riot is still happening in Portland and it will be interesting to see how media responds if Trump and the DHS do get that hard label for antifa and the far left.
