1:20.9	And when they push back against this and the theory goes that Democrats are out of touch with the average American who looks at places like
1:31.3	DC, New York, and L.A. and says these are ungovernable places with homeless people sleeping

1:38.2	And honestly, like, my jaw is kind of on the floor about all this, but how does this play in a place like Kansas City?
