So let's start with the Trump classified documents case. Now, you might be wondering,

why are we talking about it if you haven't seen the latest news? That was one of the two cases

brought by Special Counsel Jack Smith in a federal court in Florida relating to

Donald Trump's apparently intentional retention of and taking of a bunch of classified documents

beyond his presidency. That case went away, as we've discussed before, because the federal

district court judge dismissed the case on among other grounds that the appointment of Jack Smith was unconstitutional.

And we don't know a ton about it because there's a report that he has prepared, Joyce, am I correct, that has not been made public.

It has not. Volume two of the Jack Smith. Volume two. Volume two is always the better volume as volumes go,

Bob Mueller case especially.

And in addition to that, notwithstanding the fact that Congress has been all over Jack Smith,

has asked him to come testify at great length. He is under effectively

a gag order combined with implicit and, I don't know, perhaps explicit threats that if he
