President Donald Trump has started his term by taking a series of sweeping immigration executive actions, which are already facing legal action.

Yesterday, Trump declared a national emergency at the US southern border,

and he's also kicked off the process seeking to end birthright

citizenship. That sparked a coalition of civil and immigration rights groups to sue the Trump

administration. They're asking a federal court in New Hampshire to declare the order unlawful

and to block it. Trump also says that deportation raids in major cities will happen.

I don't want to say when, but it's going to happen.

It has to happen, or we're not going to have a country left.

And as CNN's Valeria Leon reports from the US-Mexico border,

Trump has also ended the use of the border app, CBP1.

The dream for asylum seekers has come to an end, as the CBP1 application has been cancelled.

This app set up by the Biden administration is no longer available.

And many migrants here in this Mexican border town of Sudad Juarez

have been waiting for months, even years, to be processed

legally through this CBP-1 app.
