0:10.5	after being sworn in, and it's connected to a central issue, immigration. In a blistering ruling,
0:16.5	a federal judge in Seattle halted Donald Trump's executive order to end birthright citizenship,
0:21.6	the right that is enshrined in the Constitution that grants automatic citizenship to children
0:26.6	who are born on American soil. The judge in the case, a Ronald Reagan appointee, called Trump's

1:02.9	Trump's order from taking effect for 14 days, giving the Trump DOJ time to respond. Now,
1:08.1	Trump came into office vowing a radical change to the country's immigration system
1:12.1	from sweeping raids and crackdowns to rewriting the Constitution, and on day three, he's hitting
