All right. Well, let's talk about something that happened in September.

Okay. On September 8th, a federal district court judge dismissed a lawsuit for a failure to state a claim for which legal relief can be granted.

And that's just a legal way of saying, there's nothing a court can do for you here

plaintiff your case just doesn't make any sense okay okay but Donald middlebrook

that's the judge in the case wasn't just content with dismissing the case.

His order was blistering.

Here's what the judge said.

Plaintiff's theory of this case is difficult to summarize

in a concise and cohesive manner.

And according to the judge, here was the problem.

Plaintiff is not just attempting

to seek legal redress for any harm.

Instead, he is seeking to flaunt a 200-page political manifesto

outlining his grievances against those that have opposed him

and this court is not the appropriate forum.

You can't blame the judge for being irritated and that's because last April

the plaintiff had argued that Judge Middlebrook should disqualify himself from the case.
